Ingredients:
Here's an overview of what you'll need to make this Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna, but keep scrolling for the full recipe amounts.
- Frozen Ravioli: Use your favorite type of frozen ravioli. I like ot use the standard size ravioli and not the mini ones to get more of the fluffy cheese texture. This acts as the lasagna noodles and the ricotta in the lazy lasagna.
- Mozzarella Cheese: You can use the Mozzerella Cheese or Italian Cheese Blend in the store, which often is a blend of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, asiago, and romano. You can also use just regular shredded mozzarella cheese if you prefer. Either will work great! I love the added depth of flavor of the pre-mixed Italian cheese.
- Marinara Sauce: Use a good store-bought pasta sauce jar or marinara sauce because that's where most of the flavor of this dish comes from. Whichever type your family prefers will work. If you are feeling extra ambitious, you can make your own with my Crock Pot Marinara Sauce.
- Italian Seasoning: I make my own Italian Seasoning blend with oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, and sage. You can also use your favorite store brand.
- Optional: Garlic powder or garlic salt. You can also add some Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Instructions:
This is an overview of the instructions to make this Crock Pot Ravioli Lasagna, but the full detailed, printable recipe is below in the recipe card.
Step One: Assemble the Ravioli Lasagna
- Spray a large crock pot with cooking spray. Don't skip this because it will stick.
- Add a layer of marinara sauce to the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Layer on top half of the frozen ravioli and then the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Italian Seasoning on top. You do not want to thaw out the ravioli.
- Do another layer with half of what's left over of the marinara. Then layer the ravioli and the rest of the mozzarella or cheese mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the Italian Seasoning on top. This is how you assemble lazy crockpot lasagna.

Step Two: Cook and Serve
- Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. It will be done when the cheese is melted and everything is combined. Do not stir.
- Allow the lasagna to rest for a minute, so the flavors can combine.
- Cut out portions of the crockpot lasagna for the plate. Serve with fresh basil and enjoy!

Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna Variations
I love this Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna recipe as written, but here are some fun variations.
- Add Vegetables: You can easily layer spinach into this for a more veggie-heavy dinner. You could also layer in some veggies like shredded carrots, tomatoes, onion, zucchini, kale, mushrooms, or even bell peppers.
- Make it Alfredo: Give it a creamy texture by using Alfredo sauce.
- Make it Meaty: Add your favorite ground beef or ground meat, ground turkey, or Italian sausage to the sauce to make meat sauce. Or you could add meatballs at the end. You will need to pre-cook the meat in a large skillet.
- Make it Gluten Free: Use gluten-free ravioli.
- Make it Spicy: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Make it Garlic: I love adding a sprinkle of garlic salt to my cheese layers.
- Use Fresh Ravioli: You can use fresh ravioli, but you will need to only cook it for two hours at a low.
