Hunter and Jackson are somehow 7 years old. They say time flies, but wow, I feel like this past year with the twins has gone by in a blink. I can't believe how big they are now and how grown up they are. This past year has brought so many wonderful changes. We celebrated them with a Hawaii-themed birthday at a local gymnastics gym and had a fun surprise for the kids.
In case you missed it, here's their Little Pumpkin First Birthday Party, Dump Truck Second Birthday Party, Construction Trucks Third Birthday Party, Pirate Fourth Birthday Party, Trash Truck 5th Birthday Party, and Airplane 6th Birthday Party.

The boys loved the Hawaii theme, in honor of our summer trip, and it was so much fun to put it together. Here are some of the decor items I put together. It was so fun!

The kids got to play around the gym, and the staff came up with fun activities for them. It was a great way for all the kids to burn off lots of energy.

Then we sang Happy Birthday and had cupcakes.

Even our cousin Keegan came to the party!

I had a fun surprise for everyone at the end of the party, too! In honor of our Hawaii theme, the Kona ice truck came just for the kids! How cute is this??

All the kids loved it, and it played into our theme perfectly!

The kids just loved it!

We had so much fun celebrating these two, and I loved how this party turned out! It's so fun putting these together for them.

I say it every year, but this year I truly cannot believe that they are 7. 7 feels so BIG, and honestly, they act so much bigger now! It's so much easier and funner now, but it is bittersweet to watch them grow.
With their activities this year, the weeks seem to fly by, and we are in that sweet spot of they still love being with us, but them being big enough to do most things. I'm so proud of them for working so hard in school to learn to read, enjoying being Cub Scouts, and playing soccer and baseball.
See how much they have changed since we brought them home as tiny preemie babies and then on their first birthday, second birthday, third birthday, fourth birthday, fifth birthday, and sixth birthday.
Here's Hunter. He is a fun-loving kid who loves leading a group. He loves to climb things, play in the dirt, do sports, and help his Mom.

And here's Jackson. This kid is so thoughtful, sensitive, and kind. He's creative, loves to build things, come up with his own games, and spend time with me.

They are both Mama's boys, and my gosh, it makes my heart so happy to be with them. They play together, and we are at the point where having twins is easier because they always have someone to play with. They are working hard in school, and I could not be prouder of them.
I'm so grateful that I get to be their Mom.

Happy Birthday, Hunter and Jackson!!! I can't wait to see what this year has in store for you!
