Serves: 4 cups
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2½ cups water *
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. * Check the amount of water required to cook your type of brown rice and adjust if necessary.
  2. Once the rice is cooked and fluffed stir in the cilantro, garlic, lime juice and zest and salt to taste.
