I racked my brain trying to come up with some festive dishes for December that were not all about the sugar. I DO indulge in sweets year-round, in moderation, but I felt compelled to come up with some BETTER options for Running in a Skirt. This is a MOSTLY healthy living blog after all.
I settled on a Skinny Peppermint White Hot Chocolate, one slightly (SLIGHTLY) healthier cookie and a couple of lighter party dips.

It’s only five ingredients’ so you can have dessert out in now time! Serve it with dipping favorites including all kinds of fruit and crackers.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 10 stevia drops
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Garnish with extra chips!
