Fresh Mango Salsa is piled high in fun mango cups! This easy mango recipe includes my video showing the best way to peel a mango called the mango cup trick!
I’ve professed my love for mangos before.
So it’s no surprise that Fresh Mango Salsa takes me to my happy place.
The combination of flavors here is fruity, mexican-y bliss. The sweet mangos pair perfectly with fresh lime, red onions, and cilantro. It piles perfectly on my favorite chips.
I used to shy away from buying mangos because I couldn’t figure out how to peel them. I’d totally ruin the fruit trying to get to the sweet stuff. Then I learned the best way to peel a mango from my Brother and it’s been… GAME ON. All mangos all the time at my house. Seriously though… my Brother might be a genius.
My favorite kitchen hack involves a cup… check it out! Here’s the mango cup trick.
So the question is, what do you do with all those fun mango “cheeks” after you use the cup trick to get the mango out?
Well… you make mango cups for your Fresh Mango Salsa!
Just pile your salsa in these little vessels for an easy twist on fresh mango salsa.
