Sweet watermelon, plump berries, and fragrant mint combine with rich feta cheese for a salad combination you will dream about! You’ll love my Watermelon Feta Blueberry Salad Recipe.
Happy almost 4th of July! I decided to share Wednesday's post a day early this week with the big holiday coming up tomorrow... especially since I have a recipe that I know will be pretty darn fabulous in your holiday spread. My Watermelon Feta Blueberry Salad recipe is so perfectly delicious and patriotic. Doesn't it just look like a 4th of July picnic in a bowl? The secret is it's so good and easy to make that you'll be whipping it up for all your other summer parties as well.
Why You'll Love this Watermelon Feta Blueberry Salad recipe...
This recipe is so simple and delicious. You just put all the fruit in a bowl and top with a very light honey lemon dressing. Or just drizzle some plain lime on top. I included directions to do both in the recipe and either way it tastes amazing.
My Watermelon Feta Blueberry Salad recipe is hand down a hit anytime I serve it and would be the star of any summer party. It is perfectly red, white and blue festive for the 4th of July, Memorial Day or Labor Day. Heck... it's pretty awesome on a random Tuesday night.
There is something magical about the summery red bites of watermelon, sweet bursts of blueberry, creamy feta and fragrant mint that come together like a match in foodie heaven. If you haven't tried the watermelon-feta combo yet or the watermelon-mint combo yet stop what you are doing right now and try this. It's no short of life-changing.
I have a huge mint plant I grow each year and love pulling off perfectly green leaves just for this Watermelon Feta Blueberry Salad recipe.
Plus it’s an excuse to eat even more watermelon before it’s gone for the season! Don't mind me, if I end up in the corner of the party eating the entire thing 🙂
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I'm telling you this Watermelon Feta Blueberry Sald recipe will be the STAR of your next cookout. Don't be surprised if the entire batch disappears.

Do you love watermelon as much as me?
Have you ever eaten your own dish at a potluck? 🙂 Be honest!
I added small pieces of cucumber (no seeds) in with watermelon, blueberries and basil, tossed in balsamic and let this sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Crumbled feta from a block of feta (more flavorful) just before serving. Bit was delicious and hit the spot in this heat!

We had had a salad similar to this that our daughter made for our barbecue, but this one we both really loved. The mint just gave it that extra flavour boost. I just used the lime juice as dressing.
This is a delicious summertime staple! My family loves it and it’s perfect for picnics and gatherings!
Looking for feta cheese salads for starting keto diet, now I gotta see if water melon is OK! This Keto diet looks a pain in the ass lol
Looks wonderful!!! I love the combination. Feta is good with everything.
So yummy and so easy to make!!! Perfect for a patriotic picnic!

This looks amazing, and so perfect for the hot summer days ahead! Thank you for sharing! Here's to a happy and safe 4th for you, your hubby and the lovely Miss Makena Rose!
It says to combine ingredients and serve immediately. Do you think this can be made and put together ahead of time, if it sits in the fridge?
Hi Chris! I'd just cut up the fruit, mix the dressing in a separate sealed container. Then you can just toss it at the last minute and top with the cheese! I'm sure you can mix it before, but I'd be afraid it would get too soggy!
