Hi everyone! It's been a fun, frigid week filled with lots of Christmas activities. We had a couple of nights we thought we might get some ice, and then yesterday we had a snow day from school, but there was no snow here. 🙂 The boys enjoyed the day off from school, though! It's been a hectic few weeks, so it was a nice break.

We got to see Santa again at Cub Scouts. He was super friendly and spent lots of time talking with the kiddos.

We also made our annual trip to the Biltmore to see Santa. We always go to Cedric's after and let the kids see all the pretty lights.

This is one of our favorite tradions!

They keep adding more lights, and it's even more beautiful each year. How are my babies so big???

And our resident elf has been creating all sorts of chaos since he arrived at the beginning of the month.

He hijacked the kids' pirate ship!

I was NOT happy that he got into my flour and sprinkles. 🙂

And he made his own zipline in the kitchen. I'm soaking in the years we are doing all this stuff.

And for some adult time, we met our good friends at the Sippin Santa bar, which is our favorite adult tradition.

We have a lot more fun planning for Christmas this week and next! This holiday season is flying by, and I'm soaking in all of the magic. I'm already ready for warm weather again, though. Is it spring yet?
Thanks for reading, and we'll see you with a new recipe on Monday!
