Hi everyone! Happy Spring break!!! Our spring break is this week, and I'm so happy to have more time with the boys this week. We are also heading to Hilton Head this weekend for Easter, and we get to see some family there.
It's been another fun week with lots going on. We continue to have baseball practices and work on Cub Scouts projects behind the scenes, including painting the boys' Pinewood Derby cars.
Here are a few other highlights I wanted to share with you. First up was another fabulous date to the Grove Park Inn. It happened to be 80+ degrees that day, and the summer warmth and gorgeous mountain views were just what I needed.
We got this drinks and this amazing snack plate on their outside deck.
Another highlight was getting to go into the boys' school for STEM Day, where we got to help them with science projects. It was especially fun because both the Hubs and I got to go.
I love science, so I was as excited as the kids.
And finally the boys and I took a quick trip to the Biltmore to see the spring tulips. We go every year, and it makes my heart so happy to see the pretty flowers.
It was a bit chilly, but I'm so glad we got a visit in, as they don't bloom for long. I love the vibrant color palette this year.
