Hi everyone! We had the best time on our Spring Break this year! We stayed close to home this year and went to Hilton Head for the week, which was super fun.
The Hub was in the middle of tax season, so it was just the boys and me most of the time, which ended up being so special. They are at such a fun age right now. My Dad and Margaret were also able to join us for half of the trip, so we had some wonderful company too.
For Easter, we did two of their local Easter egg hunts.

The first one was Saturday at The Salty Dog.

It was super cute and such a fun way to get the boys in the spirit.

The boys loved it, and we were able to eat lunch on the water, which was so lovely.

For Easter the Easter Bunny came to visit us at the beach!

We went to Skull Creek Boat House for brunch, and they had the best, huge Easter Egg hunt for the kids. The boys had a blast.

We also spent some time at the pool and beach over the weekend, which was so much fun. Unfortunately, it turned cooler and super windy for the rest of the week, so we didn't get as much beach time as I'd hoped, but we made the best of it.

But look what the wind blew in! Jackson found this on the beach on our last day.

We were also able to see our favorite local performers, including Jevon Daly, who hosts our absolute favorite kids' show at Coligny.

And I got to take my Dad to see the Gregg Russell concert, which was perfect.

I was also able to take the boys on a super cool crabbing adventure at the Coastal Discovery Museum, where they learned all about Blue Crabs, including their history, anatomy, and biology, as well as how they are caught and how to cook them.
The boys wanted to hold them, and so they let them and showed them how to hold the claws. I still can't believe they were so brave! They absolutely loved it.

It was one of our favorite moments of the trip. Just look at his face!!!

And we took time to explore the museum too.

Plus, we enjoyed lots of sunsets and sunset dinners.

I'm so lucky we got to enjoy our week at the beach for Spring Break. I am so aware of how precious my time is with these two and try to just soak it all in. 🙂
