Hi everyone! It's been a really fun couple of weeks in our world! We are wrapping up baseball this week and starting basketball soon.

One of the highlights of last week was seeing one of Luminere's last shows at the Biltmore. It was on my list of things I really wanted to do this summer, but the scheduling never worked out. It was basically an outdoor light show around the house and gardens. It was super unique and magical.
The only night we could fit it in was on a school night, but I'm so glad we made it happen.
It was such a cool experience! Even the boys LOVED it and keep talking about it.
They have a few more shows this weekend.
Another recent highlight was seeing Bobby in Hilton Head! We took her out on a boat for a day and had the best time. It rained almost the entire time, but we still got a few hours in!
We stopped at a beach to go shell hunting.
The boys also got to play at Skull Creek Boathouse!
And we saw the coolest manatee drinking fresh water off the dock.
Before we left, the rain finally stopped, and we made it to the beach for an hour too!
I'm so grateful for our time with her!
Back at home, the funnest thing that's happened is the return of the boxer playdates. There are now 2 new puppies on our street, and Makena knows the old lady. 🙂
We have also been having so much fun with sweet Sarge, our neighbor's puppy.
That's all for this week! I'm so sad that this heat wave is ending. It's looking like real fall is arriving this weekend. 🙂
