- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
- Soak the oats and chia seeds in the almond milk for 10-20 minutes.
- Put the almond milk mixture, plus all the other ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve immediatly.
