This Cod Tacos recipe is the perfect easy, healthy dinner that's better than takeout! These Cod Fish Tacos are seasoned with taco seasoning and baked in the oven or air-fried. Topped simply with a quick Pico de Gallo and my homemade Greek Yogurt Fish Taco Sauce, this easy and delicious dinner will be a hit.

For the Cod:
- 1 pound cod fillets
- 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- ½ tablespoon olive oiil or olive oil spray
For the Cod Fillets in the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray or line it with foil and then spray it.
Spray the fish with olive oil, sprinkle with Taco Seasoning plus salt and pepper.
Bake the fish for 8-12 minutes, or until opaque and flaky.

For the Cod Fillets in the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
While the air-fryer is heating, pat the cod well with paper towels.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Put the cod fillets in the air fryer basket and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle the fish with the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is white and flaky.
To Assemble the Tacos:
Warm up your tortilla either on the stove or microwave.
Fill the shells with the cooked cod.
Spoon the tomato mixture on the top.
Drizzle the the fish taco sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
Storage & Leftovers
Store any leftover unassembled Cod Fish Tacos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
