  • 1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon mexican or taco spice blend (Recipe in notes)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
