Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ purple onion
  • 2 tablespoons greek salad dressing (recipe link below)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (basil and/or oregano!)
  • ½ cup feta

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients except for the feta in a bowl and toss. Sprinkle the feta on top.
  • Serve room temperature or chilled.
