Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon Recipe with Peach Salsa

This Cedar Plank Salmon recipe shines with homemade Fresh Peach Salsa!

  • 1 Cedar Plank, soaked in water for at least two hours
  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 recipe Peach Salsa *


  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the salmon.
  • Brush each piece with the olive oil.
  • Season with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Put the salmon on the cedar plank and grill for 15 minutes.
  • Top with the[/fusion_builder_column]
    Fresh Peach Salsa!
  • Serve immediately!


The cooking time is for an approximately 1 inch thick piece of salmon. If your salmon is thicker or thinner adjust the cooking time. Cook the salmon until it just starts to flake. It will continue to cook for a few minute after you take it off the grill. This recipe can easily be made for 1 or 2!
