  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie mix
  • 2 tablespoon plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Optional topping: whipped cream and cinnamon


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  • It tastes great as is, but you can also add the whipped cream and cinnamon for a more indulgent snack!


You can sub out any type of milk, but I like the way the vanilla flavor ads to the recipe. Make this vegan by adding a splash more almond milk in exchange for the greek yogurt or using non-dairy yogurt.
