For the Asian Salmon Skewers:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes.
  • Put the salmon cubes in bowl with the teriyaki sauce.
  • Using soaked wooden skewers, thread the salmon pieces onto the skewers, as shown. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
  • Cook the salmon skewers for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve with the spicy yogurt dipping sauce.

For the Spicy Yogurt Sauce:

  • In a small bowl mix together the plain greek yogurt, sirracha, lime and garlic. Taste and add salt as needed.
