These Asian Salmon Skewers with Sriracha Spicy Yogurt Sauce are a tasty 20-minute meal with 40 grams of protein and loads of savory flavor. Using a sharp knife, cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes.
Put the salmon cubes in bowl with the teriyaki sauce.
Using soaked wooden skewers, thread the salmon pieces onto the skewers, as shown. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Cook the salmon skewers for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve with the spicy yogurt dipping sauce.

In a small bowl mix together the plain greek yogurt, sirracha, lime and garlic. Taste and add salt as needed.
