Air Fryer Summer Squash

This Air Fryer Summer Squash is the best way to make yellow squash in the air fryer. Cut into slices and topped with parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian Seasoning, these turn crispy and addictive. This side dish looks fancy but will be on your table in just 15 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Slicethe ends off of the summer squash and cut into even size rounds, a little thicker than ¼ inch.
In the air fryer basket, evening lay the yellow squash rounds without them overlapping.
Spray the rounds with the olive oil spray and carefully sprinkle with garlic powder parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until they are tender.
Storage & Leftovers
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. Reheat it in the microwave or air fryer. I would not try to freeze this because it would thaw out mushy.
