Ingredients

  • 2 halibut fillets, about 6 ounces
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil spray
  • garnish: lemon wedges and parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • While the air-fryer is heating, pat the halibut well with paper towels.
  • Put the halibut fillets in the air fryer, and spray with olive oil, and drizzle with lemon. Sprinkle the fish with the fish seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is white and flaky.
  • Serve hot with fresh lemon and parsley.

Notes

Storage & Leftovers

You can store any leftover halibut in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.  I think it's best enjoyed freshly cooked out of the oven, but it does keep.  To reheat it, put it in the microwave for about 1 minute.

Freezing

I would not re-freeze the cooked fish because it would turn mushy.
