- 2 halibut fillets, about 6 ounces
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1 lemon
- olive oil spray
- garnish: lemon wedges and parsley
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
While the air-fryer is heating, pat the halibut well with paper towels.
Put the halibut fillets in the air fryer, and spray with olive oil, and drizzle with lemon. Sprinkle the fish with the fish seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is white and flaky.
Serve hot with fresh lemon and parsley.
Storage & Leftovers
You can store any leftover halibut in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. I think it's best enjoyed freshly cooked out of the oven, but it does keep. To reheat it, put it in the microwave for about 1 minute.
Freezing
I would not re-freeze the cooked fish because it would turn mushy.
