Air Fryer Gnocchi
Julie Wunder
This Air Fryer Gnocchi recipe is so easy and delicious, with just 5 ingredients and ready in only 15 minutes. The gnocchi come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them great for eating plain or dipped in a sauce like marinara sauce or pesto.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl, toss the gnocchi with the olive oil, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the coated gnocchi in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 11-14 minutes. Toss the basket once during cooking. They will be done when they are browned and crispy.
Serve with a cup of marinara as a dipping sauce.
Storage & Leftovers
It's best enjoyed immediately because it will lose its crispiness if you store it. However, you can. Store any leftovers of the Air Fryer Gnocchi in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave or air fryer.
Freezing
I would not recommend freezing this recipe.
