Air Fryer Flounder

Julie Wunder
This Air Fryer Flounder recipe is such an easy and delicious way to eat more fish at dinner.  The flaky and tender flounder isn't breaded and just has a light coating of olive oil with paprika and Italian Seasoning.  This 4-ingredient healthy fish dinner will be on your table in just 15 minutes.

Instructions

  • Pat the flounder fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • Place the flounder in the air fryer and squeeze lemon on top.  Spray the fish with olive oil spray.  Next, sprinkle paprika and Italian Seasoning on top.
  • Cook at 360 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
  • The fish will be done when it is flaky and opaque.
  • Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.

Notes

Storage & Leftovers
Fish is best enjoyed fresh, but you can store any leftover mahi mahi in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.  Reheating in the air fryer is recommended for the best results.
Freezing
I don't recommend refreezing the fish after cooking it.  It will thaw out soggy if you put it in the freezer.
