Preheat your airfryer to 400 degrees.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Add the cut potatoes in the bottom of air fryer basket. Spray the potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle them with the garlic powder, Italian Seaoning, salt and pepper.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until they are fork tender.
Serve imediatly.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Reheat them in the air fryer at 300 until warm.
