Air Fryer Carrots

This Air Fryer Carrots recipe is the perfect way to make carrots with just 3 ingredients in 20 minutes.  Carrots in the air fryer come out like roasted carrots.  You will love these tender, yet crispy, veggies that make a perfect side dish for weeknights or holidays.

  • Peel and wash the carrots. Cut them into 1-inch pieces in a diagonal.
  • Spray the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray.
  • Arrange the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer. Spray them with olive oil and sprinkle with the Herbs de Provence, salt and pepper.
  • Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until they are fork tender.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Storage & Leftovers
Store any leftover air fryer carrots in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.  Reheat them in the air fryer at 300 until warm.
Freezing
You can freeze the cooked carrots in a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
