Air Fryer Baby Potatoes are roasted to crispy perfection in the air fryer with only 4 ingredients in less than 20 minutes.  These tiny potatoes pack a big flavor punch with homemade Italian Seasoning.  They are crispy on the outside and creamy inside, coming out perfect every time.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer, with space between them.
  • Spray the potatoes with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian Seasoning on top.
  • Cook for 18-20 minutes or until they are fork-tender.
  • Serve immediatly.

Notes

Storage & Leftovers
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.  Reheat them in the air fryer at 300 until warm.
Freezing
You can freeze the cooked potatoes in a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
