My Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos are topped with a Chipotle Sauce for Fish Tacos and an irresistible healthy Cilantro Lime Coleslaw. These Healthy Fish Tacos are easy to make, full of flavor, and a recipe everyone will be asking for again and again.
To make the marinade for the fish, mix together the olive oil, lime juice, taco seasoning, chiplotle in adobo sauce, salt and pepper. Put the sauce in a plastic bag and put the mahi mahi inside. Place in the fridge to marinade for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Put the fish in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook the fish for 10-15 minutes until the fish turns opaque and starts to flake. Cooking time will vary due to the thickness of your fish.
For the Chipotle Sauce for Fish Tacos:
While the fish is cooking prepare the chipotle sauce for fish tacos by mixing together the Greek yogurt, chipotle in adobo sauce and the lime. Add salt and pepper as desired.
To Assemble the Tacos:
Heat your tortillas.
Portion the fish out into 6 pieces.
Put the fish on the tortilla. Top it with some Cilantro Lime Coleslaw and drizzle the Chipotle Sauce for fish tacos on top.
Serve with extra cilantro and lime.
