A healthier caesar salad using kale and my homemade Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale stems removed & chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan shreded
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Croutons
  • 1 recipe Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing***

Instructions

  1. Toss all the ingredients in a bowl topping with as much salad dressing as you like!
