This Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies recipe is only 3 ingredients and takes just 20 minutes to make. These soft, moist cookies are bursting with strawberry flavor and come out a beautiful pink, making them perfect for Valentine's Day, Easter, and spring!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.25 ounce box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray your cookie sheets with cooking spray. You can also line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add the egg and oil and whisk until combined.
  • Add the strawberry cake mix and white chocolate chips stir untiled combined.
  • Using a mini ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, put about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough in a ball.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes until cooked in the middle. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
