This Fresh & Easy Blueberry Salsa recipe is healthy with just the right amount of sweet. It's great on chips or as a topping for seafood like shrimp or salmon.

  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt to taste


  • Toss the ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Salt to taste.
  • Serve with chips or as a topping for your favorite seafood like shrimp or salmon.


Serve room temperature or cold.  Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
