Kale Caesar Pasta Salad

This Kale Caesar Pasta Salad is a perfect easy meal or even a tasty, healthy dish to take to a potluck!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried pasta
  • 4 cups kale
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing *, use my healthy greek yogurt version!
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Drain and allow to cool. You can put a tiny bit of olive oil on the pasta to keep it from sticking together.
  • Once the pasta has cooled toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Notes

** For a super healthy version of this use my recipe for Greek Yogurt Caesar Salad Dressing.  
 
If you are running short on time use your favorite bottled dressing.
