  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
  • Serve with crackers and veggies or in a wrap!
