Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Healthy Banana Bread Bars
These healthy banana bread bars are healthy with no added sugar (other than the chocolate chips!) and whole wheat flour. They are packed with 5 bananas and cooked on a sheet pan!

chocolate chips
cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 15x10.5 cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Mash the bananas and then mix in the coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until well combined. I used an electric mixer.
In another bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the banana mixture while still stirring. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut into squares to serve. Store in the fridge.
Notes
Store these bars in an airtight container.
