My Healthy Greek Salad Dressing recipe is the perfect reason to stop buying bottled dressing. This 5-minute, 5 ingredient recipe is the best healthy, low-fat, clean eating, and sugar-free salad dressing that pairs perfectly with any salad.
Gather the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon, garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt and pepper.
Put the ingredients in a mason jar and shake them all together. I used about ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper, but adjust it to your taste. You can also whisk it together in a bowl.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week. Makes a big portion to use all week!

I calculated the nutrition for this recipe by using 1 tablespoon of the dressing. If you use more than that adjust the calories as needed. This recipe makes about a cup of dressing.Storage and LeftoversYou can make a batch over the weekend and use it all week. I like to store mine in a mason jar so I can easily shake it up because it will split after sitting for a few minutes, just like at your favorite Greek restaurant.It has worked great in this really fun salad dressing shaker!
Freezing
I don't recommend freezing the healthy Greek Salad dressing and it is best served fresh.
