Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

  • 3 small frozen bananas
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ¼ cup milk of your choice
  • Toppings: sliced strawberries, blackberries, coconut and Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola (blueberry and pecan flavor)


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Allow to blend fully. It will be very thick.
  • Serve with the toppings!


I tested with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. You may need to give the blender some help by pushing down the fruit until it blends. It is very thick. I have a cheap blender and it got the job done though.
