Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  • Pour onto baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
