Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces low-fat sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 cups skim milk or milk substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • toppings: marshmallows, low fat whipped cream, sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla extract to a Crock Pot and turn on high.
  • After 30 minutes, whisk in the chocolate chips and stir until they melt.
  • Turn to low and heat for 2+ hours.

Notes

You can leave out or reduce the amount of the sweetened condensed milk for an even lighter recipe. Just sub regular skim milk. The sweetened condensed milk makes it nearly sinfully sweet!
