Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 pan with cookign spray.
Mix your oatmeal, baking powder and cinnamon together in a bowl.
Add the banana, peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the same bowl. Stir.
Pour into the baking dish.
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Do not overbake.
