ricotta cheese

powdered sugar

teaspoon
almond extract

cup
mini chocolate chips

cup
strawberries
,
diced

cannoli shells
additional garnish: diced strawberries and mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix the ricotta, sugar and extract well.
Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips.
Allow cheese mixture to sit in fridge so flavors can combine 2 hours to overnight.
Put cheese mixture in ziplock bag and cut off a corner or use a pastry bag.
Pipe cheese into the cannoli shells.
Notes
Use smaller berries to get more of that bright red color.
