  • 1/2 small red onion, diced small
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced small
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced


  • Cut mango according to the video.
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and fold together.
  • Served piled high in mango cups!


Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
