  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1-2 teaspoons jalapeno, diced <-- sub a bell pepper if you don't like heat
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and carefully fold together.


Choose a slightly less ripe avocado for this so it doesn't turn to mush!
