Your favorite apple pie flavors in a healthy make ahead oatmeal breakfast.

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • ½ cup grated apple, 1 small apple
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Topping: vanilla Greek yogurt, cinnamon and apple slices


  • Mix the oats, milk, apple, chia seeds and cinnamon in a container with a lid. Put in fridge and allow to soak overnight.
  • In the morning serve with dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt, cinnamon and apple slices.
