Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Your favorite apple pie flavors in a healthy make ahead oatmeal breakfast.
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- ½ cup grated apple, 1 small apple
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Topping: vanilla Greek yogurt, cinnamon and apple slices
Mix the oats, milk, apple, chia seeds and cinnamon in a container with a lid. Put in fridge and allow to soak overnight.
In the morning serve with dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt, cinnamon and apple slices.
