A sweet twist on a greens based smoothie!

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth!  Add your favorite protein powder or a scoop of greek yogurt to add protein.


You could also substitute mixed berries in this smoothie!
