Ingredients
  

  • 2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 small carrot, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ teaspoon fresh minced ginger, roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼-1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth.  Start with the small amount of coconut milk and add enough to get the blender moving.
