- 1 box spice cake mix, 5.25 ounces
- 1 can pumkin purre, 15 ounces
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray your cookie sheets with cooking spray. You can also line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, spice cake mix, and chocolate chips.
Using a mini ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, put about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough in a ball.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked in the middle. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
