Notes

Horseradish Notes
If you like a spicy and zesty cocktail sauce, use the full 2 tablespoons of horseradish.  For a milder sauce, use just 1 tablespoon.
Storage & Leftovers
You can make this sauce ahead and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three months.  The lemon acts as a preservative.
Freezing
I would not try to freeze this cocktail sauce.
