This Cottage Cheese Smoothie is simply made with just 4 ingredients, including strawberries, pineapple and cottage cheese and no protein powder. It has nearly 20 grams of protein and just over 200 calories, for a high protein, low calorie smoothie you can enjoy for breakfast or a snack.

- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ¾ cup almond milk
Add the cottage cheese, strawberries, pineapple and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
Check the consistency and see if you need to add more almond milk.
Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy!
Storage & Leftovers
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh out of the blender, I would not try to store the leftovers.
