This Cottage Cheese Smoothie is simply made with just 4 ingredients, including strawberries, pineapple and cottage cheese and no protein powder.  It has nearly 20 grams of protein and just over 200 calories, for a high protein, low calorie smoothie you can enjoy for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¾ cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese, strawberries, pineapple and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Check the consistency and see if you need to add more almond milk.
  • Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Storage & Leftovers
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh out of the blender, I would not try to store the leftovers.
