Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Pat the grouper fillets dry with paper towels. Put the fillets into the baking dish. Brush them with melted butter.
Sprinkle the grouper with the blackeneding seasoning.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes with a fork. It will turn opaque.
Serve with a lemon wedge and serve immediatly.
