  • Preheat the oven to broil.
  • In a medium baking dish, add the melted butter, garlic, and lemon. Mix together.
  • Place the scallops in the dish in a single layer.

  • Broil about 6 inches from the burner for 3-5 minutes or until the scallops are opaque.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve imediatley.

Notes

Storage & Leftovers
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.  These are best enjoyed fresh but can be used for meal prep lunches or a quick and easy protein.
 
Freezing
I would not freeze the cooked bay scallops because they would turn rubbery.
