- 2 mahi mahi fillets, aout 6 ounces each
- 2 teaspoons melted butter or olive oil
- 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
- salt & black pepper
- garnish: lemon wedges & parsley
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Spray the basket with cooking spray.
Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry and season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper.
Put the mahi mahi fillets in the basket. Brush the butter or olive oil. Generously season with the seafood seasoning.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish is white and flaky.
Serve hot with fresh lemon and parsley.
Storage & Leftovers
Fish is best enjoyed fresh, but you can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
Freezing
I don't recommend refreezing the fish after cooking it. It will thaw out soggy.
