This Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl is a game changing 5-ingredient low carb, low calorie, high protein way to enjoy all of your favorite pizza flavors. Made with an addictively cheesy cottage cheese base, and topped with mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce and pizza toppings, you'll love this satisfying and healthy twist on pizza night.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11X7 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a high speed blender or food processor, blend 16 ounces of cottage cheese until smooth.
Stir in the Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese to the blended cottage cheese.
In the baking dish, spread the blended cottage cheese mixture on the bottom.
Next, layer the marinara sauce.
Next, add the mozzerella cheese and any pizza toppings your might want.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
