This French Toast Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole made with packaged cinnamon rolls, apples and raisins is the perfect easy family breakfast! Made with just 10 minutes of prep, this rich and gooey slow cooker breakfast casserole is the perfect treat for holidays (Thanksgiving or Christmas) or weekend breakfasts or brunch.
Spray a 6-quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
Line the crock pot with the cinnamon roll quarters. Sprinkle the apples and raisins on top. Drizzle on the of icing packets on top.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and make sure the pieces are covered in the egg mixture.
Cook on low for 2 - 2 /12 hours or until cooked through. The center should be fluffy.
Serve with the second icing packet, syrup or your favorite french toast toppings.
